The Herbs

There are four different packets of seeds included in this kit, allowing you to grow a wide range of herbs. Basil Basilico Genovese has a strong, clove-like aroma alongside traditional shiny green leaves. Instead of chopping the leaves, you should tear them to keep the aroma. They are ideal for adding to stir fries or making your own pesto. Coriander is an extremely popular, versatile herb and is great in spicy dishes like curry or to add a unique flavour to salads. Garlic Chinese Chives have a mild garlic flavour and should be used like chives; add them to sauces, salads and stir fries. Parsley Titan is smaller and a darker green than other flat leaf varieties; it has an intense flavour and is ideal in soups, stews or when added sparingly to salads.
