The illustrated tabs are in staggered order making it easy to identify the correct board for the food type you are preparing. The set includes chopping boards for vegetables, cooked food, raw meat and fish. They are stored neatly away in the attractive non-slip rack when not in use. The boards are dishwasher safe and each measures approximately 20 x 29cm. Unlike wooden chopping boards, they are non-porous - meaning that bacteria from the food you prepare cannot permeate the board and potentially contaminate it for future use.
